On December 16, 2019, the XII Annual Student Scientific Conference took place which was dedicated to the day of adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan and which was organized by the Legal Clinic of the UWED.
"UWED BUSINESS SCHOOL" at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, organized an "Open answers to open questions" session with Murad Nazarov, the most prominent entrepreneur and successful person in our country, and founder of MURAD BUILDINGS "OPEN QUESTIONS OPEN ANSWERS ".
The seminar is held as part of the implementation of the adopted documents and the initiatives put forward by the Republic of Uzbekistan during the meeting of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (October 15, 2019, Baku).
Another remarkable musical event, titled "Allons on Chante, "where the freshmen were able to feel all the attraction and melodicity of the French language through the lines of famous songs.
From November 30 to December 13, 2019, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted traditional events organized by the Department of Romano-Germanic Languages within the framework of the project “Days of European Languages in UWED”.
On December 14, 2019, students of the Faculty of World Economy and Management at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy visited the “City Children's House” located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.
On 12 December 2019 the English Chair of the UWED hosted its Annual Republican Students’ Conference. The tradition of conducting such conferences had been founded by the former UWED Training Center for Conference Interpreters(TCCI) more than 11 years ago.
The main goal of the Center is to deepen Uzbek-Japanese relations in all areas, ensuring the implementation of the Presidential Decree of October 8, 2019 "On approval of the Concept of the development of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030".
Mirkhamidova Mohinnora Nurullaevna, lecturer, doctoral candidate of faculty of "International law" successfully participated in the national intellectual contest "Stars of science", held on 10 December 2019 and was named "Winner of the best innovative scientific work".
The branch was opened by Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan, Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy A.A. Abduvakhitov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan A.Kh. Kamilov and Rector of MGIMO, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences A.V. Torkunov.
