Celebrating International Women's Day at UWED
The University of world economy and diplomacy hosted an event in honor of the International Women's Day on March 8.

The UWED Alumni Association will be created
On March 6, at the University of world economy and diplomacy, was held a regular meeting of the council on the establishment of the “UWED Alumni Association”. It was attended by graduates working in leading organizations and institutions of Uzbekistan, as well as graduates working abroad joined online.
UWED hosted an online lecture by Japanese professor Kunihiko Miyake
On March 5, was held an online lecture at the University of world economy and diplomacy with Kunihiko Miyake, adviser to the Japanese Cabinet of Ministers. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan H.E. Yoshinori Fujiyama also visited UWED for this meeting.

Spring started with good news for our university. The 2nd year student of the University of world economy and diplomacy Madina Sunnatova, by the decision of the head of our state, was awarded the State prize named after Zulfiya.
