Fayzakhmatov Sherzod Bahadir ugli, 1st year student of the Faculty of International Relations took the third place in the final stage of the Republic in the kurash sport of “Universiada-2020” sports competitions held by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On January 30, 2021 a creative event dedicated to the life and work of Abdulla Aripov and Erkin Vakhidov was held with the participation of 1st year students of the Faculty of International Relations at the curatorial hour at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
In order to develop single-combat sports and to further enhance their international prestige, according to the decree No. 4881 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy held the UWED Judo Championship in a tournament-festive form.
According to the results of the competition, T. Alikhodzhaev took 1st place, I. Khaitbaev - 2nd place, F. Shermatov - 3rd place.

On December 19 at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, a meeting was held under the title "A vision of our national values, custom and history" with the member of the Republican Art Academy and the Union of Craftsmen of Uzbekistan, holder of the Dustlik award, writer, artist and potter Tokhirjon Khaidarov.
On December 12, 2020, the faculty of International Relations organized the talk with a tutor on the topic "Creative thinking and abilities-moral basis of education". This talk was held on the Zoom online platform.
