A spiritual and educational event on the topic "Prevention of Drugs and Drug Abuse"

On September 12, 2019 was held a spiritual and educational event on the topic "Prevention of Drugs and Drug Abuse" in the University's Hall in cooperation with the National Center for Drug Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The head of department of this Center Gulamov Shuhrat Bahadirovich, coworkers  Mahmudov Muhammadqodir Ganisher ugli, Karimov Odilbek Ravshanbek ugli took part in it.

Rector of department of working with the youth of the University L. Mingishov opened the event with a welcoming speech to the guests by accentuating to improve the ideological immunity and ideological competence of the university students, the prevention of alcoholism and smuggling among them, the fight against drug addiction and petty crime. During the speech he invited the head of department National Center for Drug Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Gulomov.

The speakers provided lively insights into the students' use of indorphin hormone produced by the human brain after ingestion of the drug, resulting in the possibility that the drug user would not be able to cope with the effects.

Then a short video on the subject was shown to the students. After watching the short video, students received answers to their questions.
