The Yakkasaray district criminal court held a circuit court in UWED

In the Legal Clinic at UWED for the 2nd year students of the Faculty of International Law, a trial was held under the leadership of the Yakkasaray Court of Criminal Cases.

On the initiative of the acting Associate Professor of the Department of "Theory of Law and Public Administration" of the UWED Odil Yusufzhonov in the courtroom of the Legal Clinic at UWED for the students of the University a mobile court was organized.

With the participation of students in the framework of the discipline "Criminal Law", a trial was held, where a criminal case was considered under Part 1 of Article 104 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Students received answers to their questions from the presiding judge T. Kasimov, senior assistant to the prosecutor S. Khasanboev and lawyer A. Turaev in an open court hearing, as well as from the head of the Legal Clinic Z. Ubaydullaev.
