An exhibition and presentation of books donated to the library by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France was held at the UWED

The UWED library received a large number of social and political and fiction literature in French language, gifted by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France. Among them are books on history, philosophy, biographies of famous scientists and public figures of France, cultural studies, as well as collections of contemporary French prose by such authors as Gerard Le Ru, Andre Marlo, Biatris Koper-Ruae and others.

The participants in the presentation of new books gratefully noted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary S.M. Rustambaev's constant assistance of the Uzbek Embassy in Paris, The books   play a special role in the enrichment of the library fund of UWED. The submitted books have become an important tool for students studying French also history and modern life of France.
