Seminar on the topic “Information Support of Scientific Research in the Higher Education System”

On January 15, 2020, a seminar was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the topic “Information Support of Scientific Research in the Higher Education System” organized by the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and E-LINE PRESS LLC. The seminar was attended by teachers, researchers, doctoral students and representatives of E-LINE PRESS LLC.
The purpose of the seminar was to familiarize teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates, library staff with advanced methods, means of access and use of ProQuest dissertation databases and other electronic scientific and educational resources, as well as their significance for improving the efficiency of the educational process and scientific research in universities.
During the seminar, teachers, researchers, doctoral students received more information about access to global electronic scientific and educational resources and how to publish their scientific articles in high-ranking journals, as well as to prepare dissertation works at a high level.
At the end of the seminar, representatives of E-LINE PRESS LLC answered questions of researchers and doctoral students on the use of electronic databases like ProQuest, Springer Nature, Emerald Publishing.
