On Approving the Concept for Further Development of the System of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030

On October 14^th of the current year a regular meeting of University Education Council was held. The primary significance was paid to an important issue of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Approving the Concept for Further  Development of the System of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030”. The aims and tasks arising from this document as well as the long-term development prospects for the university academic staff were identified. The Vice-Rector of the UWED, M. Bakoev, elaborated on the provisions of the Road Map of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the implementation of this Concept for the 2019-2020 academic year. The discussion was attended by deans, deputy deans and heads of departments of the University. An appropriate resolution of the University Education Council was adopted.
