Students of the Faculty of International Relations of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy showed great interest in the expositions of the rich cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented in the State Museum of Art. The opening of this exhibition was timed to the state visit of the President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev to Tashkent. The exhibition features about 130 unique and original objects of the national culture of the Kazakh people. But the most significant iconic exhibit is the “Golden Man” (“Altyn Adam”), called by art critics “The Kazakh Tutankhamun”. This archaeological find was discovered in 1969 near Almaty, the burial was completely untouched, a young warrior of 17-18 years old from the dynasty of the Saka rulers was buried there. This collection of the Issyk Mound dates back to VII-III centuries BC.

A visit to the state museum of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan also made a big impression on student youth. The museum's guide Khosiyat Nematillayeva told about the history of the creation of this center of culture, about the artifacts presented here, samples of weapons from different eras and periods of the history of our state. The students also got acquainted with samples of the banners of the era of Amir Temur, which indicated the rank of commanders of troops, and sometimes tribal, tribal affiliation of warriors and other differences. The museums of Uzbekistan are doing a great job of introducing students and students to the cultural heritage of the peoples of the world, Central Asia and our country. The excursions with the fourth year students of the university were organized by the professor of the department "Social and political sciences" of UWED F.I. Muminova.
