Head of the Open Innovation Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Great Britain Chris Webber visited UWED

On December 5, 2018, Chris Webber, Head of the Open Innovations Department under the British Cabinet of Ministers, gave a lecture on “Evidence-based policy”.

Chris Webber gave a lecture in an interactive way, in the speech he voiced methods of collecting evidence, methods of using evidence and adoption of innovative methods in public administration.

During the lecture, the specialist shared with his experience on this topic.

At the lecture conducted by the interactive method, faculty members and students had the opportunity to express their views and suggestions on the topic of the lecture.

At the end of the lecture, Chris Webber noted his satisfaction with the first visit to Uzbekistan, as well as inspiration from the high degree of students' education.
