The UN Model 2018 at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy was held with a great success!

The University administration, as well as the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in the Republic of Uzbekistan - Helena Fraser took part in the opening ceremony.

Within 2 days work was conducted in 5 committees:

  1. General Assembly
  2. ECOSOC
  3. UN Women
  4. The International Court of Justice
  5. Security Council.

Stormy discussions and debates on topical issues, the search for solutions to existing problems, incredible emotions and energy - all this became an integral part of the Conference!

The closing ceremony of the conference was held on the third day. Actors plunged the audience into an interesting story with a deep meaning. During the event, the winners of 3 nominations were also awarded:

  1. Best Position Paper
  2. Best Delegate
  3. Best MUN Freshman.
