On January 31, at the initiative of the laboratory “The History of Uzbek Diplomacy”, created under the chair “Social and Humanities”, a competition dedicated to “Studying the works of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov” was held among students. The competition was attended by students from all faculties. During the discussion, attention was focused on the fundamental works of the First President. Some of them particularly sounded such as “Uzbekistan on the Threshold of the XXI Century: Security Threats, Conditions for Stability and Guarantees of Progress”, “High Spirituality - Invincible Force”, “Serving the Welfare and Great Future of Our Country - Higher Happiness”, which reflect the content of the scientific and practical idea of independence and progress of our country, the prosperity of the Motherland. There were acknowledgments of students who managed to see the head of state from a close distance. A great impression was made by presentations of students of the 1st, 3rd and 4th years studying at the faculties of International Law and International Relations. Active participation of the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of “International Law” Tashev Farrukh, teachers of the departments “International Law and Human Rights of UNESCO”, “Civil Law” Akramovа Vasilа, Xalikova Kamila took an active part in ensuring the high level of this event. The competition was held under the supervision of the chairman of the Council of curators, assistant professor of the chair "Social and Humanities" Usmanova Azizakhon Abdullajonovna.
