On December 6, at the mentor hour, in all academic groups, a conversation was held on the theme: "The Basic Law is a guarantee of our freedom and a prosperous life" dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the past conversations, it was noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a leading law that is important in personifying the image of our state, its social, economic and political system, the principles of democratic governance, the strategic direction of the development of society, guaranteeing the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and strengthening the foundations of spirituality. In addition, an exchange of views took place in recognition of the fact that the attitude towards the person, his rights and freedoms has radically changed, and work is being done to ensure communication with the people on the ground.
