The winners of the first round of the German speech art competition have been announced

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Tashkent, since 2008, has been holding an annual competition of oratory in German among students of universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan studying German. During these years, UWED students have repeatedly become winners of this competition.

On March 29, 2023, the first stage of this traditional competition took place at UWED. It was attended by first and third year students studying German.

The jury, which included teachers of the German language section of the Department of Romano-Germanic Languages, highly appreciated the preparedness of students, the ability to respond to questions, and good basic knowledge on the topic of reports.

Ismatullaeva Muslimakhon, Rakhimov Khudoyor, Ilyosova Diyora were awarded the 3rd place, Obidjonov Yusufjon and Faiziev Murodzhon took the 2nd place, and the first-year student of the Faculty of International Law Mamazhonova Laziza, who will represent our University at the second stage, became the winner of the first stage of the competition competition of oratory, which will be held on May 3, 2023 at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Tashkent.
