Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy met with student leaders

A few days ago, a meeting was held with the rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy S.Safoev and leading students.

At the beginning of the meeting, the rector congratulated the Students’ Council with the start of their activity.

“I am very happy that the event that we, the university have been waiting for for a long time, has happened. I congratulate you on the start of the activity of the Students’ Council, a body that is independent in solving issues related to student self-management. We have high hopes for the Council’s activity.” What kind of proposals and initiatives you come up with will be supported by us”, said S.Safoev.

During the meeting, the activities, tasks and full structure of the council were introduced in the form of a presentation. After that, the rector answered the students’ questions and emphasized on the implementation and support of the proposals.

We remind you that it is a tradition to organize a meeting between the rector and student leaders once a month.

It was agreed that the next meeting will be held next month.
