A mobile court hearing was held

On May 27, this year,  the mobile trial of the inter-district court of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent city took place at the Law Clinic of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

The trial took place in a standard form with the participation of 2-3-year students of the Law Clinic and the faculty “International law” of UWED. The trial was chaired by Judge Dilfuza Dadadzhonova Burkhoniddinovna and Deputy Guli Yusupovna Shukurlaeva Mirzo-Ulugbek district interdistrict Court of Tashkent. During the  the mobile trial, cases in the field of family law and labor law were considered.

Students participated in the trial as parties: plaintiff, defendant, witness and third parties. In addition, in preparation for the trial, students were familiarized in detail with civil procedures, and students prepared civil procedure documents.

The judges gave a legal assessment of the documents and evidence prepared by the students and worked out the shortcomings.

At the end of the court session, the conclusions of the case were read out and explanations were given.

The processes of the visiting court provided practical assistance in improving the legal skills of students, as well as their acting skills. The goals of the trial were successfully achieved, and the students received answers to their questions from the judges.
