Republican scientific-practical conference was held

Republican scientific and practical conference on “The current state and prospects for the development of political sciences in Uzbekistan”  was held On May 25, at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy within the Tashkent Jean Monnet center of excellence for European studies project under the leadership of the head of the department “Political Science” F.Sattarov.

As part of this event, an interesting presentation of the monograph “Logistics and Diplomacy” by Doctor of Science and Professor M. Rakhimov was delivered, after which the invited professors and teachers from other universities, as well as the teachers of faculties of UWED, along with active doctoral students and undergraduates became participants of the discussion on important issues in the development of political sciences in Uzbekistan. In particular, on the agenda were such issues as the current state and prospects for the development of political sciences in Uzbekistan, the problems of using modern information technologies in the framework of political science research, the problems of forming gender policy in our country, the introduction and development of such sciences as Political Philosophy and Comparative Political Science and others.

The question and answer session of the conference was interesting and informative, as the audience and observers of the conference shared their impressions and comments and their suggestions on the reports of the speakers.
