Students of UWED are also active in art and culture

On April 27-28 of this year, the regional stages of the contest “The most active student theater studios of the year” were held in our republic. Students of our university together with the theater studio “Diplomat” and “The Rock Ambassadors” actively took part in the festival. In the theatrical production of the theater studio "Diplomat", the scenes from the tragedy of W. Shakespeare “Romeo and Juliet” left a great impression on the audience. The theater studio "Diplomat" took the 1st place at the regional stage and received a permit to the next regional stage. 

The administration of the university congratulates the theater studio "Diplomat" on this achievement, and also wishes them good luck and victories at the next stage. 

P.S.: The republic is subdivided according to competitions into 7 regions of groups of student theatrical studios. On May 16, the 5th regional competition of student theater studios will be held in the Jizzakh region (Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute (Jizzakh Regional Music and Drama Theater) among 4 teams that won in the Kashkadarya region, Almazar, Uchtepa and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts of Tashkent. It is planned that the final stage will be held among the winners of 7 regions in June.
