Young strategic planning adviser

On March 14-18, 2022, the OSCE Missions in Bishkek and Dushanbe organized a Training Course for Young Advisors on Strategic Planning.

A third-year student of the Faculty of “International Law” of the UWED, Abu Tolib Giyosov, successfully completed this course and was awarded by the Heads of the OSCE Offices in Bishkek and Dushanbe.

The purpose of the course, which was attended by civil servants, employees of presidential administrations and ministries, representatives of the academic society of Central Asian countries, is to promote a deeper understanding of the role of strategic advisers, expand knowledge and skills in such areas as the effective use of analysis tools, negotiation, principles of communication in emergency situations, working with the media.
