The Legal clinic resumed receiving citizens

The Legal Clinic of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy is honored to announce that on February 21, 2022, after Covid restrictions and a major overhaul of the University buildings, it resumed the direct reception of citizens in the renovated premises!

On the very first day, clinical students received two principals whose problems were related to issues falling within the competence of the Legal Clinic. At the end of the interview, the clinicians discussed plan for further actions with the supervisors Ubaidullaev Z.S. and Cherkashina I.A., determined to define which legal acts should be studied in order to provide written advice to principals.

It should be reminded that in the Legal Clinic senior students of the Faculty of International Law provide free legal assistance to low-income strata of the population. Legal assistance is provided in the form of consultations and preparation of relevant judicial and non-judicial documents (applications, appeals, complaints, etc.) on civil, inheritance, family, labor, housing and other issues, specifically in the international private law sphere.

Admission to the Legal Clinic is carried out according to the following schedule:

• Monday - from 16:00 to 19:00
• Tuesday - from 16:00 to 19:00
• Thursday - from 16:00 to 19:00
• Friday - from 16:00 to 19:00
