Students newspaper will be formed in the University

According to the action plan for the implementation of Part 2 of Order No. 216-1-UM of the Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy S. Safoev "On the entry into force of Order No. 506 of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 29, 2021" of December 13, 2021, the university plans to organize fruitful and meaningful leisure activities for students, reveal their talents in various directions, as well as develop their creative and initiative abilities. To this end, in order to encourage students' interest in student life, to form new ideas and initiatives, it is planned to create an online newspaper, as well as a Telegram channel "Fan va marifat".

On January 31 of this year, with the participation of vice-rector for Youth affairs and cultural and educational activities O. Yusufdjanov, head of the Department for cultural and educational works with youth F. Yakhshiev, deputy dean of the Faculty of International Relations S. Tillakhodjaeva and tutors there was held a meeting with active students who nominated their candidatures for the development and conduction of this project.

In the conversation, organized in online and offline formats, students with talent and skills in the areas of interviewer, translator, social media manager, designer, copywriter, executive editor were selected. In addition, a detailed presentation of the content and general appearance of the newspaper and channel was made. Students also expressed their opinion and suggestions on how to enrich the content of the newspaper, expand its coverage, make it interesting and popular. As a result of the meeting, those responsible for starting the activities of the newspaper and the channel were elected and their main tasks were identified.
