On the 18^th of January, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a quiz on the topic “A fascinating journey across countries where french is spoken”. An interactive was organized by the Department of Romano-Germanic Languages. The main goal of this event was to unite all enthusiasts of French language and French culture. First of all, it was celebration of French language, a language of extraordinary beauty, the use of which simply knows no bounds.

Students of all courses participated in the quiz, divided into 2 teams. The game consisted of 4 categories of 10 questions each. The quiz was hosted by the 3rd year student of the Faculty of International Relations Jamalov Fazliddin. The purpose of the game was to expand the horizons of university students about politics, geography, culture, outstanding personalities not only in France, but also in other French-speaking countries. Students also tested their knowledge of French by answering questions in the grammar category. Head of the Department Mamatkasimova V.A. noted that the organization of these games is necessary in the popularization of the French language among university students.

In conclusion, the winners were declared the team in the faces of Madina Isomuhammedova, Galiya Sultonova, Nozima Alimatova, Maftuna Xasanova, Oidin Karimova, Madina Isroilova, Boburjon Abduganiyev. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the event was warm and mutually beneficial.
