"I am the backbone of my Motherland"

In order to ensure the implementation of paragraph 27 of the program approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 22, 2021 No. F-4 "On measures to prepare and conduct the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defender of the Fatherland Day" on January 14, 2021 at the University of the World economy and diplomacy, the event was held online.

This festive online event was attended by Vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational work of the University O.Yusupzhanov, senior officer of the Department of educational work of the Tashkent military district Lieutenant Colonel E.Meliboev, head of the Department of spiritual and educational education of youth F.Yakhshiev, tutors and students.

In the event it was also noted that the national army is a reliable guarantee of building a free, independent and prosperous life in our country, the effective implementation of democratic reforms. During the event, students received answers to their questions.

In addition, on the occasion of the feast, the university hosts an essay contest on the theme “Love for the Motherland is the most sacred feeling” and a video contest “I will be a worthy shield of my Motherland”.
