After graduation... (problems and solutions)

On January 13 of this year, in accordance with the plan of spiritual and educational activities for students during the winter holidays, Vice-Rector for Youth and Spiritual Enlightenment Affairs of the University O.Yusufjanov, Head of the department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Education of Youth F.Yakhshiyev, university psychologist O.Arziyev and tutors organized an online psychological training on the topic of “After graduation from the university… (problems and solutions)”.

During the training, there was an interesting discussion on how to develop their positive qualities, find rejected qualities and direct them towards the right goals so that in the future they can become mature, competent and comprehensively developed people.

In order to prevent possible depression and to avoid unpleasant situations, the students also had a course “If I can't get a job…”, which effectively used psychological, diagnostic and corrective methods.

In addition, the psychologist organized interactive simulation games entitled “Conversation between employer and candidate” to interact with students.

In general, the psychological training was open, debatable and at a high level.
