Improve social resilience and stress management skills

On January 11, the Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy met with the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 6 of January 6, 2022 "On full and thorough preparation for the start of the second half of the 2021/2022 academic year in a new order in educational institutions and the meaningful conduct of the winter holidays" According to the order of the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs of the University O. Yusupjanov, Spiritual and Enlightenment Education of Youth Head of the department F.Yakhshiyev, university psychologist O.Arziyev and tutors organized an online psychological training on "Increasing social resilience and developing skills to cope with stress."

During the training, the university psychologist gave advice and tips on how to increase flexibility in students, how to overcome depression, how to effectively overcome existing problems on the way to success, and how to build self-confidence.
