UWED signed a Cooperation Agreement on student exchange with the leading Japanese University of Wakayama

In November of this year, an Agreement on Cooperation on student exchange was signed with the leading Japanese University of Wakayama. From the Japanese side the agreement was signed by the President Dr. Itoh Chihiro, from the UWED by the Rector of the University Mr. S.Safaev.

The agreement provides extensive student exchange cooperation, in which students are given the opportunity to take classes (courses) or internships abroad.

Within the Agreement, student exchange are possible under the "Study Abroad Program", which allows students to study for one semester or a full academic year, attending undergraduate courses in different departments.

The signing of agreement was preceded by repeated meetings, including in an online format, between the UWED administration and the leadership of Wakayama University, represented by its President.
