5 initiatives are always with us!

Nowadays, despite the fact that educational processes at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy are carried out remotely, students and tutors are active in ensuring the continuity of spiritual and educational processes. In particular, university tutors D.Tukhtayeva, A.Abdujalilov, G.Mansurova, S.Nosirova, A.Begmurodova together with students visited theaters, museums and other tourist sites of the city of Tashkent, which made a deep impression on young diplomats. Young people were convinced not only that the theater serves for cultural leisure, but also that by watching the scenes presented in it, a person can better understand the realities and experiences of society, and is also a living tool that gives everyone a life lesson. It is not for nothing that we realize that the first of the 5 initiatives put forward by the President of our country is aimed precisely at increasing the interest of young people in music, painting, literature, theater and other types of art.

Recalling the five initiatives put forward by the Head of our State, we note that the 2nd initiative-the creation of the necessary conditions for the physical training of young people and the manifestation of their abilities in the field of sports-was implemented by the sports coaches of the University, Sh.Dilmurodov and D. Rakhmatov. They also immediately organized a mini-mini-football competition among 1st-year students of 3 faculties with the participation of 6 teams. In this competition, the UWED United team of the Faculty of International Economics and Management (IEM) took 1st place. Educator I. Uvraimov (despite the fact that he himself is a specialist in other subjects, he is very active in attracting students to sports, maybe teachers need to take an example from him?) despite the impressive results, together with the 2nd and 3rd courses, he took an active part in competitions of the city and republican stage with teams of students. I.Uvraimov says: «For us in sports the main thing is not victory, for us in sports the main thing is health!».

As part of the 4th initiative aimed at increasing the interest of young people in reading books, tutors also actively conduct various conversations and meetings with students on masterpieces of national and world literature.

Recently hired at the university psychologist O.Arziyev also contributes to the activation of work with students and staff who, without breaking away from the spiritual environment, find solutions to problems that concern them.

Currently, students of our university are actively preparing for the «8th of December-Constitution Day».
