Master class on "Women's Rights"

On 18 November 2021 the University of World Economy and Diplomacy held a master class as part of "Human rights" course on women's rights for 4th year students of the "International law" faculty, taught by Professor, Doctor in Law -  G.A.Matkarimova.

The master class covered issues relating to the women's rights - as human rights; Uzbekistan's accession to the core international instruments regulating the principles and standards for the protection of women's rights: the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Convention on the Political Rights of Women, the Maternity Protection Convention and other international instruments on women's rights; gender equality and special measures aimed at creating an enabling environment under national legislation.
