The scientific-seminar entitled as “FAO of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and the basis of international legal cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” delivered at UWED

At the University of world economy and diplomacy, with the participation of leading and professors-teachers was held a scientific seminar by Aziza Khodjayeva, senior lecturer of the Department of “International law and human rights” of UNESCO. The seminar on “FAO of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and the basis of international legal cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was held on the Zoom platform.

Within the framework of the scientific seminar, the issues of priority areas of activity of the specialized agency Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and Uzbekistan, prospects for international legal cooperation and the need to implement international and national standards in the field of food security around the world were revealed. At the same time, the essence of food security and the fight against poverty was revealed, which is the most relevant issues today. Following the results of the scientific seminar, questions were asked by the teaching staff and participants of the scientific seminar.
