The legal clinic organized a roundtable on the activities of exchanges

On May 26, at the Legal Clinic of the University of world economy and diplomacy, a round table was held on the topic "Exchanges and exchange activities" within the framework of a memorandum signed jointly with UWED and the Brokers Association. During this training within the framework of the project "Pacta sunt servanda", explanations were given on the economic and legal foundations of the activities of the exchanges, as well as the shortcomings in the activities of the exchanges. Head of the Legal Clinic, Doctor of Law Z.Ubaydullaev, Head of the Brokers Association S.Sodikjonov, experienced broker Sh. Sobirov and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Management E.Abdullaev gave students theoretical and practical explanations on this topic.

During the meeting, samples of exchange trading were presented and analyzed. Following the meeting, proposals and recommendations were made for the development of the exchange's activities.
