This monograph deals with the history of the US education system, its current condition, peculiarities of American higher education, especially, noteworthy aspects of the legal education, the normative-legal and institutional framework of higher education, the organization of the educational process, teaching methods as well as issues on professional activities after higher education.

Moreover, it includes methods on teaching and scientific research in jurisprudence, fighting against corruption in the US higher education system, extracurricular activities, the international and national rating system of law schools, postgraduate professional activities: labor market opportunities, the field of legal profession and advocacy license, the level of employment of graduates, continuous education in the sphere of law: refresher courses, legal activity and information technology: digitization of legal education and services, decentralization of legal education, non-state formation, the role of NGOs in legal education and the problems of legal education in the United States. Most importantly, the book presents the author's analytical views on actual issues of higher education reform in Uzbekistan and significance of the US experience in solving them. The book is based on the author's personal experiences obtained in US universities.
