A master class was organized on the subject "Economic procedural law"

The Department of Private International Law and Civil Law Disciplines of the UWED, in cooperation with the Tashkent Regional Court, organized a master class on the topic “Proceedings in the Appellate and Cassation Instances of the Economic Court” according to the subject “Economic Procedural Law”.

The seminar was led by Kasim Avezov – Judge for Economic Affairs of the Tashkent Regional Court. During the meeting, students were informed about the procedure for filing an appeal and cassation complaint, the requirements for them, as well as the decisions that will be taken by the appeal and cassation court. At the end of the meeting, the students received answers to their questions.

An agreement was also reached with Judge K. Avezov on the continuation of such events in the field of "Economic Procedural Law".
