Organized a workshop on the subject "Economic procedural law"

A master class was organized by the Department of Private international law and Civil law disciplines of the UWED in cooperation with the Tashkent city Court on the topic “Securing a claim. Termination of the proceedings. Leaving the statement of claim without consideration” on the subject "Economic procedural law".

The lesson was conducted by Ozoda Gulyamova - Judge of the Tashkent city court. During the master class, students were informed about the grounds and measures to secure the claim, termination of the proceedings and leaving the claim without consideration. At the end of the meeting, the students received answers to their questions.

At the end of the meeting was also reached an agreement with Judge O. Gulyamova on the continuation of such events in the field of "Economic procedural law".
