Scientific seminar

On February 9, 2021, the report of the scientific seminar of the third-year (PhD) doctoral student Zaynobiddinova Farangiz Baxtiyor qizi was held on the topic: «Pecularities of Investment Contracts and Issues of Improving their Legal Regulation».

A scientific seminar of the third-year doctoral student in the specialty  12.00.03 – “Civil law. Business law. Family Law. International Private Law”  Zaynobiddinova Farangiz Baxtiyor qizi was held on the topic “Pecularities of Investment Contracts and Issues of Improving their Legal Regulation”.

The event was attended by the Vice-rector of UMED for Research and Innovation G. Ismailova and doctoral students of the University.

F.Zaynobiddinova revealed in detail the relevance of the topic, the scientific and practical significance of PhD dissertation, the degree of study, scientific novelty, goals and objectives of the research. Moreover, scientific, theoretical and practical proposals were also put forward for reforming investment policy, contractual and legal regulation of investment activities in the country.

At the end of the report, the audience received answers to their questions on the topic. The scientific seminar made a positive impression on everyone.
