For students of the second year of the Faculty of International Law at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held a series of online lectures with the assistance of the Regional Program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) "Promoting Legal Statehood in Central Asia" on the theme of administrative procedural law with the participation of foreign specialists in administrative law and procedure, who are prominent international experts in this field and participating in legislative work in the CIS countries.

The first lecture on 26 November 2020 on the topic "Administrative proceedings in Germany" was delivered by a German expert, senior researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Public Law Dr. Matthias Hartwig.

The next lecture on the topic "Principles of Administrative Procedures" held on December 10, 2020, was delivered by the Director of the Legal Program of the German Society for International Cooperation "Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asian Countries", Judge (Berlin, Germany) Pudelka Jorg.

The final online lecture by expert Karimov Sayad - Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative and Military Legislation of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the topic "Administrative procedural and procedural issues was held on January 14, 2021.

During the online classes, students were familiarized with the main provisions of administrative-procedural, administrative-procedural law and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Germany, Latvia, Estonia, trends in the development of the administrative process and administrative procedures in leading foreign countries, as well as the work of a national expert group with the participation of international experts to prepare a new edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On administrative procedural", which is carried out with the active direct participation of the teaching staff of the UWED.
