The next court session with the participation of students

M. Qayumov, the judge of Mirzo-Ulugbek district criminal court was presiding at the court hearing that was held on December 24, 2020. The judge heard the criminal case under Part 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The participants of the trial were the following: second-year students of International law faculty. The event was aiming at integration of theory and practice in educational process, suggesting students plenty of techniques to practically witness the entire criminal process. The students had the opportunity to test their knowledge acquired in the process of learning the theory. The Judge was providing with explanatory notes every session to provide better case interpretation.
