A series of online lectures by researcher Petra Wayland from George C. Marshall European center for security studies has begun for students, researchers and teachers of University of world economy and diplomacy

On December 2 of this year, the first online lecture of Petra Wayland, Ph. D. in sociology, was held on the topic “introduction to the specialty”. The webinar was organized by the Department of Applied analysis of international problems of the faculty of International relations of University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The webinar was attended by more than 50 students of the faculty of international relations and teachers. Professor Wayland spoke in detail about modern theories of international relations and the relationship with modern trends in world politics and international relations, the ongoing transformation processes in international relations. The lecture aroused great interest among students and teachers. At the end of the lecture, Professor Wayland gave answers to students’ questions.
