The first session of the Youth Parliament under the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held as a videoconference

Chairman of the Senate Committee of Youth, Culture and Sports, Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev sincerely congratulated the members of the Youth Parliament and highlighted that they have been working, studying initiatively and high spirituality, think independently and have been working hard in different areas.  He illustrates that a number of youth who have a broad outlook, deep knowledge and leadership potential are included in this new structure.

Organizational issues were discussed at the meeting.  The Chairman of the Youth Parliament and the Chairmen of the Commissions of the Youth Parliament were elected.

Mamatkulov Shokhrukh, a graduate of the Faculty of International Law of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, was elected as a Chairman of the Commission on Promotion of Reading and Legislation of the Youth Parliament.

Currently, Mamatkulov Shokhrukh is an employee of the Department for Analysis and Monitoring of the Effectiveness of the Public Administration System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
