On June 30, 2020, the international scientific and practical online conference "Innovative technologies in management: managerial and social aspects" was held.

The conference was organized and operated by the faculty of management of the Moscow Witte University together with the University of world economy and diplomacy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Opening the conference and welcoming participants, Dean of the Faculty of management, candidate of economic Sciences, associate Professor, honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation Ribokene Elena drew attention in the online format of the conference that, despite the difficult epidemiological situation in the world, the consolidation of the scientific community and open for professional discussion only strengthened the belief that the cooperation and collaboration of specialized professionals is important in the aspect of development in all spheres of modern societies.

The conference was meant to assess the results of development of the theory and practice of management by enterprises and organizations subject to processes of digitalization, globalization, humanization and other development trends of modern society, and to develop priorities for the development of socio-economic systems.

The Vice-rector for science and innovation of UWED, doctor of law, Gulnoza Saidganihodzhayevna Ismailova, as well as the Vice-rector for scientific work, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor of the Moscow Witte University, Maria Yakovlevna Parfenova addressed the participants and guests of the conference.

More than 75 applications were submitted to participate in the conference. The participants included representatives of Uzbekistan, Belarus, France and Russia; specialized experts, specialists, teachers, scientific organizations, government agencies, representatives of the real sector of the economy, as well as students in the areas of bachelor's, master's and postgraduate programs from 10 universities.

The online conference was moderated by Marina Kovshova, PhD in Economics, associate Professor, and Anastasia Rudnitskaya, PhD in political science, associate Professor.

The conference was held in the following thematic blocks:

  • Current aspects of administration using innovative technologies;
  • Human capital and corporate knowledge management;
  • Psychological paradigm of social interactions of the XXI century.

The reports presented by the participants were accompanied by relevant questions, discussions, and additional presentations, which contributed to an active exchange of views, experience, and research results.

The final session of the conference was held by Nikolai Artemiev, doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of management of the Moscow state University named after S. Yu. Witte. An important result of the conference is generally recognized as its theoretical and methodological productivity of original ideas and methods of innovative management.

Representatives of the conference organizing Committee and participants noted the significant contribution of the University of world economy and diplomacy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent state University of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Promising proposals were formulated for further cooperation between foreign universities and Moscow Witte University. The conference participants emphasized the need for regular conducting of such specialized scientific events.

It was decided to publish a collection of scientific articles of the conference participants, as well as publish the best reports in specialized scientific journals indexed in scientometric databases.

The main conclusions and results of the conference were formulated in the provisions of the final resolution of the conference, and approved by the participants.

Moscow Witte University
