Third-year students of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy prepared and issued the next issue of the newspaper UWED Times. The newspaper is regularly published as part of the International Journalism training course under the general supervision of Professor Muminova Fatima Izutullavna.

The new issue of “UWED Times” was released in A3 format with a volume of 20 pages. To prepare the issue, an editorial board was selected from among the students of the group. Zhasurbek Pulatov was appointed as the chief editor; he laid the main work on modeling the newspaper, defining the topics of the bands, collecting and distributing articles into sections.

The responsible editor, designer, photographers, and proofreaders were also identified. More than twenty students published their articles, information, sketches, stories, and other materials in this issue. The responsible editor, designer, photographers, and proofreaders were also identified. More than twenty students published their articles, information, sketches, stories, and other materials in this issue.

Among them are analytical articles, international, political topics, coverage of problems in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. So, Sultonboy Bekchanov published an article on relations between India and Pakistan, Abdulla Khodjaev - on the importance of the brand in modern life. The issues of education, reading culture, instilling a love of literature, news about interesting things in the world are also reflected in student journalism.

We can say that on the pages of this issue the debut of our future writers took place, Shakhzod Mavlonov and Zhasurbek Pulatov published stories in which they showed their literary and artistic talents. All materials were prepared, edited, mock-up by the students themselves. Therefore, our joint creative work gave a good result - the newspaper turned out to be wonderful, for each of us it is dear in its own way.

We tested ourselves on creativity, responsibility, hard work, ability to work in a team and everything was a success, we managed, despite the fact that we were a remote affiliate, quarantined and contacted only through online. In preparation, we also encountered difficulties in typesetting, typesetting, choosing from numerous illustrations the most important, suitable for the strip.

We wish further success to Professor Fatima Muminova, who directed, guided our work, inspired and supported. To all my fellow students, a creative asset, I wish this first practical experience in working with information, its processing and publication of information and analytical materials in the newspaper, be useful and develop.
