UWED graduate Feruza Makhmudova appointed ambassador of our republic to Israel

The UWED team proudly accepted the decision of the plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis to appoint Makhmudova Feruza Yuldashevna as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Israel.
She graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (1996) and earned a master's degree in humanities from the University of Eberhard and Karl (Germany, 2009).
She worked in various positions in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1996−2006) and at the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2014−2018).
Prior to that, she held the post of head of the Main Directorate for Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2018−2020).
