New arrivals to the UWED Information Resource Fund

The University of World Economy and Diplomacy in the education and training of future specialists is based both on scientists, experienced teachers, professionals of the highest category, a streamlined organization of the educational process, as well as on a rich information resource fund, educational and scientific literature of a new generation. This center occupies a large two-story building and a separate electronic reading room with an online card index and an open book fund. Recently, the fund of the resource center received one hundred copies of books in the field of media and journalism. Publishing house “Uzbekistan” published ten volumes of books in various areas of journalistic education published. At the initiative of the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ten sets of this ten-volume publication replenished the UWED resource fund. For students of training courses in International Journalism, Political Information Literacy, Analysis of Information and other disciplines, this has become a good help in preparing for classes and independent in-depth work on media issues such as media management, media impact, information law and ethics.

Asmolovskaya, a young novice librarian Rinata Khafizova and others, all students, professors, teachers, young researchers are always happy to contact them and find all the necessary information for good study and work. All books published by the UWED Publishing House have electronic versions to Moodle. New, rare editions in foreign languages are digitized and also put on the online resource.
