An online essay competition was held at UWED on the theme "My country is my pride"

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 15, 2019 No. UK-5876 (Order of the Ministry dated November 19, 2019 No. UP-1064), in order to conduct a series of spiritual and educational events under the motto “Enlightened youth - the mirror of the country” (Order of the Ministry No. 1043 dated May 11, 2019) On April 15-18, 2020, an online competition of creative works (essays) was held among students of the UWED on the theme "My country is my pride."

In total, 20 students took part in the competition, in particular, they were students of 1 and 2 courses. The essays were completed by students on-line and sent to the address of the department of Uzbek and Russian languages. The work was checked and evaluated by the teacher of the department.

According to the results of the competition, the following winners were determined:

• 1st place - 1st year student of the faculty of International Economics and Management Abdurahimov Husnuddinokhoda.
• 2nd place - 1st year student of the faculty of International Economics and Management Alimjonov Mekan.
• 3rd place - 1st year student of the faculty of International Law Kodirjonov Azizbek.

The participation of students in the competition “My country is my pride” was demonstrated by the fact that students, despite such difficult times caused by a pandemic in our country and around the world, experience a high sense of fidelity to their homeland, love, respect for our values ​​and, of course the confidence that beautiful and happy days await us.
