Master class on political and informational analytics

Graduate students in the specialty “Applied Political Science” of the UWED got acquainted with the work of the editors of the Information-Analytical Program “Zamon” on the Sevimli TV channel. The editor and TV host of the Zamon program, Jahongir Olimov, held a master class on the methodology for collecting, processing and preparing materials for broadcasting, he talked about current topics and problems discussed in the programs, about active communication with the audience, their appeals to the editor, and accounting for them opinions and suggestions.

Shamofat Makhmudova, correspondent of the Zamon program, introduced undergraduates to the practice of television journalists and cameramen preparing news programs, showed the features of working in a television studio, and the skills of interviewing and reporting. This meeting in the television editorial office was organized within the framework of the discipline “Political Media Literacy” by the professor of the Department of Socio-Political Sciences of the UWED F I. Muminova. Undergraduates prepared political articles on the issues discussed on television for publication in the media.
