The University of World Economy and Diplomacy announces a competition for leasing a canteen located in the lobby of the academic building "B" of the university for the provision of catering services
Object characteristics:
It consists of 1 dining room (room) (54 sq.m), 1 office space (13 sq.m), 1 preparatory room (13 sq.m). The number of university employees is 400 people, and the number of students is more than 1500 people.

Requirements:
1. Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the provision of catering services;
2. Servicing at least 100 people per day;
3. Organization of trade in various buffet dishes, sweets, bakery products, tea, coffee, juices, various carbonated and non-carbonated drinks that are quickly prepared at the buffet table;
4. Organization of coffee breaks and banquets upon request.
5. Conclude agreements with the university for the organization of power supply, heat supply, hot and cold water supply, waste disposal for leased objects;
6. Keeping rental facilities clean and tidy in accordance with sanitary standards and fire safety requirements, ensuring disinfection, deratization, disinfestation in a timely manner;
7. Ensuring the safety of rented equipment, buildings and other material assets;
