The scientific-seminar title as “The Development of Human Capital as a main factor of improving the compatibility of National Economy” delivered by L.Mingishov, II-course PhD. student at UWED. The focus is given to the significance of human capital in improving the compatibility of national economy. Certain recommendations regarding the development of this field in Uzbekistan were given on the basis of foreign experience.
