Participation of UWED representatives in the Global Entrepreneurship Week (Business Development Day)

On November 15, 2017, as part of the Business Development Day, the third day of the Global Entrepreneurship Week with seminars, presentations and panel discussions "How to develop an ecosystem of entrepreneurship", "Education and talents in business" and others took place. Executive Director of the Association of International Business and Technologies (AIBandT) Shukhrat Azimov held a session dedicated to the development of the ecosystem of entrepreneurship. Participants of the seminar received detailed information on the elements of the ecosystem of entrepreneurship, the role of the higher education system as one of the main elements of the ecosystem, as well as the activities of AIB and T. During the session "Education and talents in business" Ilya Zharov, representative of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwС), spoke about the trends and global challenges of modern higher education in the world, which became the topic for discussion in the panel discussion. The lecturers of the department "Economic theory" and members of the initiative group of the Young Entrepreneurs Club "Start-up" UWED took part in these sessions.
