Lecture of the Head of Diplomatic Service of the UK

On September 26, the students of UWED met with the Head of Diplomatic Service of the MFA of the UK, Simon McDonald, during his official visit in Tashkent.

S. McDonald delivered a lecture on the topic of "Specific characteristics of contemporary British diplomacy" to the students of the university. The expert explicitly informed the participants about some aspects of diplomatic relations of the UK, especially with the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the end of the lecture, students were given the opportunity to ask questions, after which rector A. Djumanov thanked the distinguished guest for an interesting and informative lecture.
