Meeting with Belgian scientist

On September 20, 2017, doctoral students at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hаd a meeting with a professor of Liege University of Belgium Vsevolod Samokhvalov. They exchanged ideas on actual issues of international relations and their perspectives, opportunities of mutual scientific cooperation. In addition, the expert from Belgium gave his advice on publishing in prestigious foreign scientific journals.
