The meeting of students and professors of the university with the staff of the newspaper edition “O`zbekiston adabiyoti and san'ati”

On the 21st february, a meeting with the staff of newspaper edition "O`zbekiston adabiyoti va san'ati" took place in the reading hall of information centre. Main editor, national poet of Uzbekistan Sirojiddin Sayid, famous represantative of culture R. Musurmon, correspondent of the newspaper and poet J. Jahon, professor N. Jabborov, the head of the department, poet X. Akbarov, head of art department, famous representative of art G. Umarova, famous journalist of Uzbekistan M. Abdullayev were invited to the meeting. Professor F. Muminova gave a speech in the meeting. Sirojiddin Sayyid talked about the newspaper, articles and biographies of famous representatives of art and culture. Professor N.Jabborov highlighted that youth allocates a lot of time to Internet and read little classical literature . The guests recited their poems, parts from their novels. In the end, Sirojiddin Sayid presents his literature book to the information centre.
